Refund policy

No refunds.

We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return only if the item arrives damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging along with your order confirmation code.

To start a return, you will have to first contact us at deertodreamweddingaccessories@gmail.com. This has to be done within 24 hours of you receiving your package.

The email should include:

1. Your Order Confirmation number.

2. Picture of the item in question, not the packaging. 

There are no refunds only exchanges.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right because customer satisfaction is our greatest priority. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact Deer to Dream Wedding Accessories by email within 24 hours of receiving your package. You must return the item you have, and once the return is accepted a new item will be sent out t you.
